Shipping Policy

We ship exclusively within Canada. If you have any questions about delivery to other regions, please contact us directly.

All orders are processed within one business day. You will receive an email notification when your order has been shipped.

Delivery times are estimated to be 7-14 business days after your order has been processed. Delivery times may vary depending on where you are in Canada and the time of year.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will be clearly displayed before you confirm your order. For now, shipping is $2.99 CAD for orders under $50 CAD for customers based in Canada.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email to check the status of your delivery.

In rare cases, delivery delays may occur due to external factors (e.g., weather conditions, holidays, Canada Post strike, etc.) If your order is delayed, we will notify you by email.
